Israel Selling Palestinian Land

This undercover footage from @OperationSunbird on TikTok reveals the disturbing reality of a Zionist real estate expo held in New Jersey, where Israeli organisations openly market properties built on illegally occupied Palestinian land. The event, closed off to Palestinians and advertised as a “Jewish-only” gathering, promotes settlement homes in areas beyond the Green Line; land internationally recognised as part of Palestine.

Throughout the expo, representatives boast about exclusive tax benefits and government-backed loans available to Jewish buyers. Investors are told they can secure properties with zero purchase tax or capital gains tax, thanks to loopholes in outdated Jordanian law; a law Israel still uses when it suits them, despite claiming the land as its own. This manipulation not only exposes the ongoing land theft but also reveals Israel’s own contradictions about sovereignty over the occupied territories.

From financial services and passports to settlement homes and colonial incentives, the event markets occupation as an opportunity. The video captures real conversations with expo attendees and sales agents who proudly explain how Israel encourages Jewish immigration (“Aliyah”) and incentivises buyers to settle in places Palestinians are barred from accessing. All of this takes place while protests outside the venue are completely silenced within.

The footage is full with sarcasm, but the facts are clear – this is the organised sale of stolen land, shielded by legal tricks and marketed abroad with a smile. These kinds of deals violate international law, including the Geneva Conventions, and form part of Israel’s broader settler-colonial strategy to displace Palestinians and permanently alter the demographics of the region.

The Geneva Convention violation referenced in this video is as follows:

“The Occupying Power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies.” – Fourth Geneva Convention, Article 49.
